About Brno

Brno is the second largest city in the Czech Republic and the capital of Moravia. It was founded in 1243, although the area had been settled since the 5th century. As of December 2009 the population is 405,337. The city has a local airport and can be easily reached from international airports of Prague (200 km) and Vienna (130 km).

Conference Venue

Odyssey will take place in the scenic campus of the Faculty of Information Technology at the Brno University of Technology (BUT) featuring a middle-age Carthusian monastery and modern lecture halls.
